Eddleman's Neighbrhood Management, LLC is the newest branch of the Eddleman Companies. For more than 30 years, the Eddleman name has been synonymous with the highest level of community design, construction and management. Eddleman Properties, Inc has over 25 years of experience managing homeowner and business associations in the Birmingham area.
Specifically, our neighborhood management division has specialized in managing the large homeowner's associations within our noted Eddleman communites. We have begun a campaign to reach out and apply our wealth of knowledge and experience to other nieghborhoods, both large and small.
In 2009, Neighborhood Management, LLC made a heavy push into third party management, adding 19 communites in the first year. Our team currently oversees 27 associations, representing over 5,000 households. Eddleman Properties, Inc. and Neighborhood Management, LLC have been involved in the creation of many of the associations we currently manage. Being there from start to finish has provided our company with a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience unsurpassed by any other management company in the southeast.
