Welcome to the new and much improved eddleman.com!  We have put a lot of time and energy into building a new communication hub for current and future residents of our communities. It is our goal that this hub is a place you can come to stay informed, learn about our company and add as a valuable tool in your internet information arsenal.  We have worked hard to make this site work for you!

We want you to engage us and your neighbors on the new Facebook fan pages. There is a fan page for each community and you can use this page to meet your neighbors, host pot lucks, find babysitters, plan garage sales, set up play dates at the parks.... the list is endless.  The more you contribute to the pages the more you will get out of it.  The biggest reason to get connected through a fan page though, is to help you get to know each other.   We hope that you will begin to network with and know your neighbors as a result of these pages.  A link to each page is at the top of each prospective community page.  Click there to see what our fans are up to on facebook!

We've also developed a new website that should make it easier to find information, view homes for sale and stay in tune with not only what is happening in your community, but also the Birmingham area as a whole.  Spend some time searching and surfing to see all the changes we've made for information to be more accessible to you.  Browse our home plans, view homes for sale or read about each community.

In another effort to stay active and participate in the exchange of information, we have started connecting on Twitter at @eddlemanprop and have begun this blog.  It's our goal to use these venues to post and discuss information we think you may need to know or simply want to know as a current or future resident in an Eddleman community or as an individual interested in the housing market.  We would love to connect with you through these channels and ask that you follow us and subscribe to our blog if you want to stay up to date on what we are currently doing.  

The reason we are plugging into so many different communication channels is simply to be available in whichever arena you are the most comfortable.  The thin, black navigation bar on the top of our site is what we call our shortcut to connecting.  This bar will be in the same place wherever you go on our site and it is the fastest way to connect with us!
